Privacy and GDPR
Topochron is designed with privacy and transparent data handling in mind. We give institutions the information they need to assess how data is processed and, where necessary, a data processing agreement.
Your data
Data is stored in an environment dedicated to a specific institution, and access to it is governed by permissions.
AI without automatic data sending
Topochron does not itself send data to external AI services. AI features, such as parish-register import, only prepare text that the user copies into their own AI tool.
Security
We protect access to the system with standard security mechanisms, including password hashing, encrypted transport and protection against common web attacks.
User rights
The system supports correction and removal of personal data according to the controller’s needs and its processing rules.
